Unprecedented falls of snow have swept across China in the last few days hampering people’s attempts to travel home for the Chinese New Year Celebrations. The photograph show the crowds at Shanghai Railway station where thousands of stranded travellers have been for days.

One of the Great Apes of the Congo went ape**** last night when he heard that the book by Will Self was being banned at the St Yrieix Book Club for purple passages……Actually the passages were blue rather than purple…….Very very Blue.
